Sony Playstation Store Goes Online
Joining the online stores trend, Sony launches a new online store dedicated to its portable PSP game console. So far, only two(!) PSP game titles are available for a full download - Syphon Filter: Combat Ops and Wipeout Pure. Price is set to 10$ each. In order to transfer the games to your PSP, a Windows-only loader app is needed. In addition, Sony offers some PS One game titles for 6$ each, and free demos, themes, wallpapers, and videos to download, once you register to the site.
I must admit, i was surprised Sony has decided to go online with only minimal game titles to offer, but i hope the company will succeed understanding the huge potential and will increase the games assortment before Christmas time.
