For all of you, lazybones, who hate bending down to activate your computer, Sharkoon has created the wired remote PC Jumpstart, helping you to turn on/off your desktop conveniently. To do so, you’d have to connect the remote to your PC via USB, and to hook it to the motherboard with a supplied slot aperture and a cable. In addition, the remote is equipped with 2 USB hubs, a microphone input and a headset output. Available in black or gray, the Wired Remote Control can be yours for $22, as long as you’re not one of those technophobic folks.

PlayStation3 “Movies Package” is heading to Europe, bundled with three blue-ray titles, including Casino Royale, 300, and Spider Man 3. The box is expected to go live on March 19th, along with a 40GB PS3, for the old fixed €399. For those of you who can hold their breath and wait until March 29th, Sony is prepping a Gran Turismo 5 Prologue package, for the same price. Either way, i like both packs and look forward to snap one. Mind you, the bundles do not include HD cables, so this one is on your expenses.

Creative wants to increase the competition, the company has decided to cut down the prices of the Zen 4GB and 8GB models, in order to place an alternative to the costly players, and when we say “costly” we refer to iPods. The 4GB model is now $99, and the 8GB model drops to $149. That’s an impressive move that might influence other manufacturers to go all the way down with their prices.

Apple releases a new firmware update for the iPhone and the iPod Touch devices. Version 1.1.4 seems to be a “Bug fixer” and not the big and awaited SDK application. It is hard to spot  substantial changes, and we barely can find any visible modification, but those who had no patient, report no damages, even with a jailbroaken phones. My advice is to skip this one and wait for the “real deal”. If you can’t hold yourself, you can download the 162.1MB file via iTunes 7.6.1.9.
