Fresh OTB iPhones are breakable, as the awaited 1.1.3 software unlock is finally here and available for download, thanks to Mr. GEOrge HOTz (Please pay attention to the risks involved in breaking your device). I wonder if this mouse-cat game between Apple and the hackers will continue or the unlocked iphone version will be released as rumored.

Samsung unveils the Soul, a new 12.9mm quad-band GSM HSDPA slider, combined with a Magical Touch interface. The Soul sports the following features:
- Display: 2.2″ QVGA.
- 5MP camera with image stabilizer and Power LED flash.
- Features: FM radio, Bluetooth, microSD slot,Google search icon and Gmail accessibility.
- Availability: April 2008.

Sony to release a new USMGLX USB memory stick series with 31MB/sec high-speed reading capabilities. The new lineup includes 5 sticks, ranged from 1GB, 2GB, 4Gb, 8GB to 16GB. The series supports both Mac/PC and is a Windows Vista Ready-Boost technology compatible. Available in Japan from March for $210 (16GB model).

Almost 2 months after Creative released the upgraded Zen 32GB, the company decided to cut down the prices from 349$ to merely 299$. This move was meant to remind us there is a cheaper alternative to the very expensive iPod Touch 32GB model, and we say: let the competition roll…

Archos released an upgraded version for the 405 PMPs. The new model features 30GB hard drive storage instead of the previous flash memory, 3.5” TFT screen 16M colors, a microphone, ext. speaker, TV output and more. Archos removed the previous SD / SDHC slot configuration and fixed the price on 290$ (€199). The new 405 is expected to be available immediately in Europe.
