Remember the days you were all playing LEGO, building cars, castles and ships? Turns out you can do the same things on your iPod Touch or your iPhone device, as a new application, named LEGO Touch, was just released in a demo mode. The new app.  allows you to construct your own models with a collection of virtual bricks. Once you’ve finished your creation, activate the model and enjoy. As mentioned, this is just a prototype version but we hope to play it live ASAP. Check the video after the break.

I’m not really the type of a smoking guy, actually i’ve never touched any of these nicotine sticks, but this is not a good reason not to have any lighters at my disposal, specially when they are cool and rare. This one should really light your fire, as Zippo introduces a Transformers limited edition lighters, coming in black or silver and carry a unique serial number. Mind you, there are only 300 pieces, available in Japan only, so if you are lucky to spot one of these,  it can be yours for $120.

Acer

I received a twitter message last night, stating there’s a rumor that Acer is planning to get into the games console market. Personally, i embrace any new player, coming into a jammed territory, i really think it can contribute to the competition and provide us, the gamers, more game titles, better graphics and advanced accessories. However, Acer need to create something really good in order to deflect our attention from PS3, Wii or XBOX 360 consoles. According to Acer Senior Vice President, James T.Wong, the company plans to create sort of an open platform console, based on “game machine” PC technology, and take this advantage to compete with all other closed and proprietary systems. Regretfully, there’s nothing more to say other then this dull info, so stay tuned.
