This one is now official, as Sony has announced the new PSP-3000, at the Leipzig Games Convention, to be released on October 15th across Europe, with the same PSP-2000 design, but with a better “Outside Friendly” screen visibility, a built-in microphone for your Skype experience and a new ‘PS’ button, to be defined later-on. Price is set for €199 ($291) and we tune in for more details to come.
Update: October 14th - it is now available across North America for $199.99.
