New WebApps for iPhone & iPod touch
Apple has launched a new directory, dedicated for its new units - WebApps.
This directory contains special applications, designed by Apple, for the iPhone and the iPhod touch, and includes categories in the fields of Games, News, Entertainment, Sports, Travel, Utilities, Weather, etc.
This makes us wonder if Apple is sending hints about the future of its multimedia players/phones, regarding the possibility of opening the machines for 3rd party developers.

PictoBrowser Widget
PictoBrowser is a simple and cool web application that allows to browse, display and embed pictures into your personal web-site or blog.
There are many picture widgets out there, that allow you to put pictures into your page or blog, some of them even gives the option to create slides or to edit in between the pictures, but PictoBrowser widget is a small and simple feature, with a nice and friendly interface.
Based on your Flickr account (and if you still don’t have one, maybe you should), all you need to do is to click the info button on the bottom, write your Flickr username, choose one of the sets from your pictures database, get the code, and voila - the pictures are been presented in your page in a very nice way.
